Minesweeper: Reloaded

Uproar Studios ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes the mobile application Minesweeper: Reloaded (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. We've kept it short because the App collects very little.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Summary

• We do not require an account, sign-in, name, email, or any personal profile to play.
• Your game data (stats, best times, settings, themes) is stored on your device.
• We use a third-party service (Google Firebase Crashlytics) to collect anonymous crash and diagnostic reports so we can fix bugs and improve stability.
• Purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment details.
• We do not sell your data, show third-party advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device (using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:

• Game statistics and best times
• Your settings and preferences (e.g., hints, flag mode, haptics, pinch-to-zoom)
• Your selected theme
• In-app purchase and free-trial status

You can remove all of this data at any time by deleting the App.

2. Diagnostic and crash information

To keep the App stable, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. When the App encounters a crash or error, Crashlytics may automatically collect:

• Crash logs and stack traces
• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• A randomly generated installation identifier used to group crash reports

This information is not used to identify you personally and is not used for advertising or tracking. It is used solely to diagnose and fix problems and to improve the App. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Purchases

The App offers a single optional in-app purchase ("All Game Modes") that unlocks additional game modes and themes. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card or billing information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not require or collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
• We do not access your photos, microphone, or camera.
• We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and the App does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

5. Children's privacy

The App is rated suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) in a way that collects personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Data sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your information. The only third parties involved are the service providers described above (Google Firebase for crash diagnostics, and Apple for purchases), who process limited data on our behalf or as the payment provider. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to investigate and fix issues.

7. Your choices

• Stop all local data storage: delete the App from your device.
• Limit diagnostics: you can limit certain analytics and diagnostics sharing through your device's iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
